4️⃣ Core Tokenomics (EBUD & LUV)

The eBuds ecosystem is powered by a dual-token system designed for utility, rewards, and liquidity.

EBUD Token

The primary utility and reward engine of our ecosystem.

  • Initial v.1 Reward Supply: 10,000,000 EBUD (Distributed via NFT staking)
  • Secondary v.1 LP Supply: 10,000,000 EBUD (Locked in EBUD-LUV LP)
  • Max Potential Supply (Pre-v.2): 20,000,000 EBUD
  • Role: Governance, Staking Rewards (v.1), Ecosystem Utility.

LUV Token

The liquidity and loyalty backbone of our ecosystem.

  • Total Supply: 10,000,000,000 LUV
  • Fair Launch Model: Entire token supply (100%) provided to the EBUD liquidity pool.
  • Role: Enhancing EBUD liquidity, potential for future loyalty rewards.

Note: The tokenomics described above reflect the state prior to EBUD v.2. The v.2 phase introduces significant deflationary mechanisms for EBUD.

5️⃣ EBUD v.2: The Recovery Engine

EBUD v.2 initiates a two-year, fully deflationary phase characterized by zero new emissions, continuous buybacks, and permanent supply reduction for the EBUD token. The slogan for this phase is: “Burn the Past. Fuel the Recovery Engine.”

Core v.2 Components:

  • Zero Inflation: No new EBUD tokens will be minted or emitted. All further changes to the total EBUD supply will be deflationary.
  • Continuous Buybacks: Protocol revenues, proceeds from ecosystem partnerships, EGLD generated from BFY rewards via Burnify, and a pre-allocated minimum of 100 EGLD will fund steady open-market EBUD buybacks.
  • Burnify Integration & Reward Generation: All EBUD tokens acquired through buybacks are directly burned via Burnify service, ensuring transparent and permanent supply reduction. Additionally, the BFY rewards earned from Burnify are automatically staked, generating daily EGLD rewards that further power the buyback engine.
  • Governance Oversight via PeerMe: The EBUD DAO, operating through the PeerMe platform, will empower the community to shape buyback intensity, burn pacing, and strategic allocation decisions with full transparency.

6️⃣ EBUD v.2: Buyback & Burn Mechanics

The heart of EBUD v.2 is its systematic, transparent, and community-overseen buyback and burn strategy for the EBUD token.

✅ Revenue Sources for Buybacks:

  • Protocol-Generated Revenue: Earnings derived from yield-generating activities using protocol-owned assets in established DeFi protocols, and any fees from future EBUD utilities.
  • Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships: Revenue streams from collaborations with synergistic projects.
  • Burn-Generated Revenue via Burnify: BFY rewards earned by burning EBUD through the Burnify service are generating EGLD daily.
  • Guaranteed Minimum Buyback Fund: A pre-allocated 100 EGLD fund.

(Note: The DAO Treasury is a multisig smart contract owned by all eBudsNFTs holders. While locked and not directly allocated to this v.2 phase, its deployment for strategic ecosystem initiatives or supplementary buybacks can be proposed and enacted via PeerMe governance.)

✅ Buyback Execution:

  • Scheduled open-market purchases conducted at regular intervals (e.g., weekly or bi-monthly, subject to DAO input via PeerMe).
  • Flexible and adaptive execution, optimized to prevailing market conditions.

✅ Burn Process & Benefit:

  • All purchased EBUD is irrevocably routed through the Burnify service and permanently removed from circulation.
  • This act of burning generates BFY rewards, converted to EGLD daily, creating a positive feedback loop.
  • Burns and reward generation are fully verifiable on-chain.

7️⃣ EBUD v.2: Expected Outcomes

By implementing EBUD v.2’s robust deflationary strategy, the protocol aims to:

  • Achieve significant and sustained contraction of the circulating and total EBUD supply.
